- Old Farm 2010 Dues ScheduleSummer is coming... make Old Farm Pool part of your plans for a wonderful 2010 season!
Dues Remain Unchanged!
Invoices will be sent out for the 2010 season shortly and will include the amount owed based on your membership status from 2009. The dues structure will remain the same in 2010 as they were for the last two years. Please note that the deadline for the Early Bird Rate is April 30th, 2010. Any dues submitted after the deadline will require payment of the complete Regular Rate.
As a refresher:
Early Bird Rate Regular Rate
Continuing Family $600 $675
Couple $475 $525
Single $300 $350
Head of Household $525 $575
Sustaining $225 $250
Temporary $700 $775
New Incentives for Current Members
Hopefully all of you who were members in 2009 will be returning to the pool in 2010. If you know a family that recently moved into the neighborhood, or convince a family to join, you will receive a free Guest Pass Card, a $50 value, good for 10 guest visits to the pool.
The Guest Pass Card does not expire, so if you don't use all of the visits this season, it can be saved and used in future seasons.
Multiple Teams
If your child joins both the swim and dive teams, you will receive a multiple team discount. Swim team dues are $100 and Dive team dues are $100. By registering for both teams, you will get a $25 discount for joining the second team! The cost for both teams -- per child -- is $175.
For more information about our facilities, social plans, swim and dive teams, etc., please contact (Pat May @ patmay@accelermark.com or Suzanne Fanaroff @ suzannefanaroff@aol.com) or visit www.oldfarmpool.org.
See you at the pool! - Sun Safety ProgramYes, this weekend is Memorial Day and the beginning of the Summer Pool and Beach Season, and Sunburns!!!
This year, Old Farm Pool and Tennis Club will be sponsoring a program aimed at raising awareness of the harmful effects of Sun Exposure for Adults and Children. Beginning Memorial Day, Old Farm Pool will begin take part in 'Rayzing Awareness while Rayzing Funds' towards this worthwhile cause. Sunscreens and Lip Protectors will be available with 10% of all proceeds to be directly contributed to the Sidney J. Malawer Foundation.
The Dr. Sidney Malawer Memorial Foundation was established by his family to change public attitudes and provide education for prevention of Melanoma especially in our Public Schools. Dr. Malawer and his family were residents of Old Farm, as well as members of Old Farm Swim and Tennis Club. Please help us to continue to support this program that not only provides education to Parents but also to Students for prevention of Skin Damage cause by Sun exposure.
Please visit their website www.blockitout.org and help us to make this fundrayser a HUGE SUCCESS.
You can contact me directly to make your contribution and receive your Sun Safety Kit! Looking forward to hearing from you!
